What is CONNECT?
CONNECT is a statewide network connecting college students with disabilities and their allies involved with disability organizations on their campuses to each other and the resources available to them in their communities.

How do I start a student group?
Are you interested in starting a disability organization on your campus? CONNECT offers a handbook called "Lead On." This handbook has all the information you need to start a disability student organization on a college/university campus. It covers topics such as group structure, coalition building, writing a constitution, event planning, and so much more!

Second Annual CONNECT Retreat
CONNECT held its second annual CONNECT retreat on September 14-16, 2007 at the Leaven Center. The retreat covered: statewide networking, event planning and activism strategies.

Would you like your work featured in the CONNECT E-zine?
CONNECT is asking students with disabilities to send us your thoughts, your work, your stories, ideas, examples of experiences, events, and activities you are proud of which give you a sense of personal value and power. We are interested in gathering such personal pride and power intellectual paraphernalia to share with others with the goal of inspiring leaders and showing the world what a difference people with disabilities can make.
By submitting you work, you agree that your submissions can be shared publicly with through our CONNECT E-zine, CCL newsletter, web site, and other publicity materials.
