The Community Consortium
The Community Consortium is a collaboration of stakeholders in long term care (LTC), driven by the demands of LTC users for real choice in their LTC supports. The Consortium provides technical assistance, resources, educational opportunities, community organizing, and collaboration tools to those who want to work to change Michigan's LTC system to one where consumer choice is the top priority.
