This statement discloses the privacy practices for the Communities of Power e-mail communities. When you visit the Communities of Power Web site, you can expect to be notified of the following:

Policy:

1. MDRC will NEVER sell or exchange users' names or email addresses to any other party or organization without the explicit permission of the user, nor will it supplement this information with information provided by 3rd party providers. Information which members must provide to use the MDRC e-mail communities may include an email address; first and last name; year of birth; gender; city of residence; country; and zip code. The collection of age level acts as a guide to members and moderators in terms of the maturity level of community content.

2.Members can update, delete or deactivate personal information from the MDRC database at any time. They can change any or all information by

3.MDRC does not now use cookies. A cookie is a text file that sits on your hard drive. Cookies are used to store and retrieve information on the client side of a computer connection. Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to find out the identity of any member. MDRC may use cookies in the future. If this occurs, you will be notified and allowed to choose whether you want to particpate in the use of cookies. Cookies help us determine what content members view, how much time they spend on the site, and what services members use. The information would be collected an analyzed in aggregated form so that the identity of any member remains private.

4. MDRC will never release any individual's information to 3rd parties unless subpoenaed or ordered by court of law.

5. The collection of age level is a guide for users and moderators in monitoring and describing community content and better targeting of related communities. Specifying age level does not mean that potential members are screened for age verification. We suggest that you supervise children while using Communities of Power to avoid exposure to any offensive material. If a user does register with Communities of Power and their birth date indicates that they are in fact any age less than 18, we will: Never knowingly send a copy of a mass emailing to them, regardless of their stated preference given at registration. Never voluntarily share their customer information with any third-party, regardless of their stated preference given at registration. Never list them in any member directory in a manner in which their age can be easily identified.

6. MDRC uses log files to track trends of activity. Log files only capture IP addresses, browser types, and the time of each page request. The identity of any member remains private.

7. Access to computer data and files at MDRC are secured by password coding. Our network is behind a firewall designed to prevent unauthorized access. MDRC employees are educated about the company's security policies on a regular basis.

8. Communities of Power will notify users and moderators of any changes to its privacy policy.
